About us

Woking Community Focus Ltd (WCF) changed its name from Greenoak Community Focus Ltd in December 2023 to reflect a renewed focus on its main charitable activities in Woking, Surrey.

WCF provides affordable housing including retirement flats. Formed in 1985, it has grown its property portfolio over the years through surpluses from its letting activities. As a ‘not for profit’, it also uses surpluses to help support local charities and voluntary organisations in Woking.

It has a voluntary Board of Management that oversees its affairs, and a small operations team including a Treasurer, a Company Secretary and an Operations Manager, all providing services on a part-time basis.
